It's not too bad. I have the older AEM Gauge WBO2 on my Monte Carlo and have had no trouble with it. For a permanent install, these gauge type WBO2's are very nice. For ultimate bling, check out some of the new PLX Devices gauges.

Since you said you want the best, then you should consider the MoTec PLM. It's also the most expensive.

Innovative XD-16 ... will also recalibrate its self evreytime you turn the ignition on , the sensors aint that expensive as those on the aem ... it has a very nice and easy datalogger also in it , easy to mount ... doesnt look to fancy ... and a nice price , and does have an wideband output ... just hook it up to any ems / PB you want , the voltage/afr output is available from the innovative website.

http://www.zeitronix.com/Products/zt2/zt2.htm
or www.zeitronix.com
Looks the money and has the best product support ever.Mail them and you get a Tech Response to every question in an hour.....That's what surprised me the most..the great product support.
I have the black one installed in my Radio door and looks like it was there from the factory and looks especially great in the night..I will make some pictures tonight to share with you guys. Also uses a neat place to mount on and that's a premium in the S2000 if you like things not to be Crowded.
I got mine Used for like 200$ cheaper than new but if you follow EBay every now and than they pop up With a great price and my friend got one for 500$ shipped to here in Macedonia with all the extras.
Also the display has a Peak Button so you can see the peak EGT,Boost and AF.
Also the trigger can be made to warn you for high EGT or Rev Shift light or Nitro cut-off or many other things that the EMS also does.
Not to boost the product but i think its the least known WB but the best looking and great item.

Here's the gauge

And the WBO2 controller

This gauge is fully configurable for anything you want.
