Thumbs up bigger turbo guys chime in

i was originally going to build a conservative turbo setup with a p-fab log and a gt30 but my buddy just sold me a full race spec t3/t67 for a price i couldn't pass up. the p-fab log is already up for sale, what else do i need to make this work?

full race spec t3/t67
p-fab elt manifold
tial 44mm wg
tial 50mm bov
precision 600hp intercooler
id 1000c injectors w/ pnp clip
hondata flashpro
golden eagle vacuum manifold
aem boost controller
aem uego wideband
walbro fuel pump? will this be enough for the t67?
new oem head gasket
sos clutch / flywheel
arp head studs
arp manifold studs
upgraded radiator, fans and oil cooler

piping, oil lines, exhaust will be fabricated by my friends shop

anything missing off that list? fuel pressure regulator? aggressive fuel pump? fuel rail?

the goal is ~500whp

also should i throw in a new tct and have the valves adjusted? I'm at 32,000 miles and tracked the car a bit.

You could use a turbo much smaller, get better lower end power/torque and response and still make 500whp.

I ran that same turbo (37r, T3, 67mm, FullRace version) and made over 700whp. It has similar characteristics of a 35r. Just a tad slower on spool up.

i never planned on going with a turbo that big but i couldn't pass it up. if i don't like how the car turns out after the kit is said and done i'll sell it for something else.

how's that list looking? am i missing anything?

I don't see an EMS? A single walbro will be fine at those power levels. But I think with that turbo, you are going to find out that you are going to make more than 500whp. I mean we made over 500whp on wastegate spring. Around 10-12 lbs. We were using a Full-Race manifold though. What kind of fuel are you planning on running?

You'll need a FPR, one that rises with boost 1:1

That's a good chunk of everything, but there are still little things here and there I'm sure you'll run in too.

For 500whp I would have kept the log and 30r, much better setup imo.

I would have to agree with that.

hm. it's sad, I haven't even boosted the car yet and I want more. I threw 500 out there, if I can attain higher #'s without having to build the motor for now, I'm all for it.

Let me restate my question

What's missing off that list to make this turbo work?

Looks like you have things well covered, definitely add a fuel pump (single Bosch or Walbro) and FPR.

If you can, I would go with a smaller turbo but keep the FR manifold. Great manifold but there are quite a few turbos available that would give a little better performance. Nothing wrong with the turbo, but its long in the tooth.
