The one linked is from KMS. I believe they are a reputable manufacturer. Assuming it is press fit are there still concerns?

so KMS finally got a block? I was interested a while back and contacted them, and they wanted me to send them my spare... If you are set on a block guard, 2nr Werks is refinishing their design... They've been through a few different designs to finish the piece well... Sometimes you can use some loctite to hold the BG in place if you want it semi-permanent, but welding it in, and honing the sleeves is the 'best way' to do it...

I wouldn't waste my time with that. Since you'll have everything apart already, do it right and get replacement sleeves.
