^^ True statement. Mine lasted a solid 9 months of some pretty harsh treatments at 570whp. I never launched the car but shifted hard at times and always rev matched on the downshifts. The time I fkd up and downshifted without rev matching to 4th at 80mph it shattered instantly. It's all about how you drive it.

Rev matching helps save your diff?

FWIW, I was putting down 430hp with an Inlin Pro Kit some years ago on an AP1. Had a Comptech reinforced stocker - blew it in no time. Drove just the same on an Inline Pro kit with 300Z center (40k miles, not rebuilt) and no problems for 2 years.

How can you have all that power and not play hard?

i'd suggest the ford 8.8 kit.. those are way cheaper and stronger than the nissan r200, and also way easier to find parts for.

I also will not baby my car b/c honda cant design a good rear end.

I have not looked it over. Was not an option at the time, for me. Seems in line with Inline's setup, cost wise.

One additional important item - I was only using street tires with the InlinePro setup....... something with a treadwear rating around 300 - not super sticky. Also, did not really run into hop, for some reason, as others have....

For the 3.9 kit with the housing, LSD, ring & pinion and install kit it'll run you around $3500 depending on your choice of parts. Factor in a few hours labor to build the diff and set the backlash unless you know how.
