blown engine?
hello i got a big problem, im hoping someone can answer my question... ok so i installed my inlinepro stage 1 got it all to work started it up turned on fine no problem.. there were a few leaks here and there but easy fix and decided to drive from where my car was to my house.. setup was already tuned before but on a different car to a conservative tuned so i figured it would be ok... i drive the car everything seems fine runs good i get home and i park it, 30 minutes later i come back out i start it and notice it starts to sputter slitly then about 5 minutes later it sputter again and car shuts off... i turn it back on and starts but sputters until it turns itself off. i also notice if i crank the key to run i hear clicking on my dash and if i go outside i also hear the fuel rail or injectors making the clicking sound... is my engine blown or are my vacuum line right, this is all stressing me out and my only way of transportation. if any one can help or can come look at my car that would be alot of help i live in the norfolk area so i know theres alot of s2k's around thanks in advance i really need this help

I'm not going to get into how you shouldn't boost your DD and how you should've had a pro install and tune it if you weren't positive about what you were doing. This too shall pass....even if it is a blown motor.
If it is, sell the turbo kit, buy a beater, and save for a new long block and then decide what form of boost you wanna do....RIGHT.
There is no tapping wile the engine is running it only does that when car is off and the key is on the egnition... I don't see any smoke it just runs like shit now I'm also running aem ecu if that helps
ok i might know your problem. answer this. what injectors are you using? are they low impedence? and did you install an aftermarket injector driver? sounds to me like you are overloading and frying the injector drivers on the AEM. if you havent gotten an injector driver yet, re-pin the aem to run on 5,6,7,8 injector drivers and install an FJO injector driver under the hood for cheap and your problem will be fixed.

so today i checked out the car everything seem good all conections good and spark plugs were still new. i checked for a spark but i could not really tell and i was getting a faint spark on 1 and it was to hard to tell for the rest and ok well the injectors i have are precision 650cc and i believe they are low independence they came with the kit and how can i repin 5,6,7,8 via laptop?
Ok if you are running those injectors on that ecu without an injector driver, it will over load the drivers on the ecu. U might still be safe if ur lucky but I gurantee that's ur problem. When I get on my computer ill try doing a search for where to buy it. I foorgot where I got mine. And if u need to repin ur ecu, its really easy to do. You'll find the layout of the pins on ur ecu in a pdf file available on aem's forums.I gurantee this will fix your issue.
