Question Bolts coming off!

My bolts that connect manifold and turbo keep coming off, i know its vibration and I have to keep putting new bolts in or it leaks and makes loud rattling noises. Furthermore, the bolts have lock washers and its still doing this. Any suggestions? Ive tried thread locker but that doesnt seem to be working at those high temps..

The manifold is Pfab log manifold and turbo is a garrett t3/60

Any ideas would help, Ill post up some pics if needed, might take a few days.

Thanks

-K

IP uses a special locking bolt that works flawlessly. Might want to see what the name of these bolts are and try them out.

I had a buddy who had this problem. He tack welded them in place. A little weld is enough to crack when you need to but won't come lose with vibration.

I was considering this but rathered to look at other options first, I do what is necessary if worst comes to worst though.

My Inline bolts have never come off. I have some sitting around here that I can take pics of if you need.

i originally had my friend tack weld some SS filler onto my bolts, but they came apart after 7k miles! Although it only took 1k miles for the bolts to come off before... I now use stage 8 bolts, which are the ones that IP are using... which you can get from here... www.jackit.com or directly from http://www.stage8.com/ They have a 100% success rate so im gonna give them a try!

I know for IP, the size is 10m-1.25, for my ultimate racing kit, it was 3/8-16
