You could go with sos stage 1 which is plug and play no tune or ecu necessay. But I would go with sos stage 2 which requires a tune, ecu, etc because it will be easier to increase the power if you decide to do so.

Will I need to upgrade injection fuel pump timing . How much hotter does a s/c run your car? Rear diff upgrade? Clutch? Any kind of drive shaft upgrade? Oil cooler?

Not coming in here to rain on your parade. However, every one of those questions has been answered within this sub forum, 10X over.

My recommendation is to start reading every thread in this sub forum, like a mad man (and not just the SC related ones)

I came into the S2000 scene with a good deal of FI experience previous, but of course there's always model specific questions/quirks to be answered/discovered.

Start with a few build threads, and read read read. Don't stop until you've clicked them all, and I can guarantee 95% of the questions above will have been answered for you.

Not that we aren't here to help, because we are, but no one is going to spoon feed information into this thread, when it's been done time and time again elsewhere.

Put your time in, and the help will come naturally.

Have you done a leakdown & compression test to see where you stand with the motor? It'd be a good data point.

I just rebuild my head @ 144k, the exhaust valve seats were shot and the guides were sloppy as hell. With the refreshed head in place I'm getting <4% leakdown, which is awesome considering the bottom end was never touched from factory.

^^I'm at 184k and I'm going to do the exact same thing before installing my comptech base kit. Leakdown/compression test plus swap out the retainers because I'm unaware if the previous owner did. If something happens, I've got a 70k mile engine in my basement ready to go...
