Default boost problem

So here my problem I'm trying to get my boost sorted out. The wastegate is a tial 44mm mv-r with a 10 lbs spring. Aem series 2 Wire up with Mac boost solenoid. The car is semi street tune and is able to drive regularly. The problem comes in when I get on boost, the car just wants to run pass 15 psi. I got my boost cut at 12 psi right now and everything is zero out on my aem boost setting hoping the car will stay at 10psi. I just need to figure this out before the I go on the dyno may 4.

I'm currently on this set up
https://www.google.com/search?q=aem+...07%3B800%3B514

My set up
2000 ap1 f20c at 127,xxx miles
leak down and compression test is a healthy motor.
Upgraded ap2 retainer
upgraded oil jet bolts
stock everything

pfab eltm
Garrett gt3582r bb w/-4an .035 restrictor
1.06 ar single scroll t3
3in down pipe to e cutout
pfab intercooler piping with cx racing intercooler. Same specs as pfab stage 3 intercooler
Greddy bov
id1000
aem 320 e85 pump
Aem fail safe
aem water temp
aem oil pressure
aem series 2
competition stage 4 clutch

The car will be tune on e85.

Where are you reading the 15psi? From a stand alone gauge, or from the ECU itself?

Very similar setup to mine. I dont know what a solution to your problem might be, but ive heard of the new tail mvr wastegate to not be as reliable as the old tail 44mm wastegate s.

Maybe a bad wastegate?

I hope it's not a bad wastegate.

I just put this in brand new. I install the spring myself too. I'll double check.
