Does the car feel like it has 90whp more? You could have a loose intake hose somewhere or the belt slipping.

At idle your boost gauge should read 20in Hg, or 20 in of vacuum. You will only see max boost at max RPM. 2nd & 3rd gear give you the longest time to take a look at the boost gauge, Redline in 1st should come up pretty quick, and only hit peak boost for a moment.

At approx 4000rpm you should have 1 psi.

As Slow just indicated, a supercharger like the kind you have, gets to max boost at max rpm (redline). Why would you even think it would read max boost running in a garage? Even if you rev it to redline (not a smart thing to do) in the garage, unless you hold it at redline for several seconds, you won't see max boost on a gauge.

well like i said thats why i was asking you guys so....this is my first supercharger so, im learning by talking to you arent i....it was simply to put on the fuel pump was a pain but other than that it wasnt too bad i just wanted to ask a few things....so the five pounds kicks in around redline in every gear?

Yes, but with a MY2000, you should be pushing closer to 6 psi at redline. Since 1st and 2nd will go be pretty fast, it won't be till you redline 3rd or higher that you will actually get a good read on the boost building up. Of course, this will also depend on how accurate and how easy it is to read the boost gauge you have.
