I have added them on my instagram and they post a lot of pics. The turbos after rebuild look very impressive.

I personally vouch for the boost lab. Know the owners in real life. They do great work.

Well, it's about that time. I am now the third s2ki.com owner of my current Borg S366, and it's time for a rebuild.

Have a bit of axial play, and oil in the compressor housing.

I am looking for THE best place to send these for repairs (preferably borg themselves)

Anyone else had to rebuild one? Where did you send it ect ect
I just got my new s366 in last week how do u like it sorry its off topick

Jw what kind of lag u have on it this is mine

I have the s366 .91 a/r on mine. I dont see positive boost until 3-4k and full boost 16lbs until 6k. When I am in high gears 5-6 I see full boost quicker because of the high load. and I am on a 2.2. But like illestrolla said on the highway its crazy and and once you get it going you forget all about the lag. I love the way the turbo sounds!

My dad has the s366 .91 a/r. Its a laggy bitch, but hits hard. I think i would go with a smaller turbo for less than 650 whp.

Called FR yesterday, they don't really work with rebuilds often. They had good things to say about Boostlab, and also recommended Workturbochargers.com

He dug through some invoices for me and the last borg they sent out for work went too Work.

Going to give both places a call today to grab a base line pricing and to feel them out.

Will keep it updated

Just spoke with a gentleman from Workturbochargers.com , and I am in awe.

Let me first say this, I work in a very fast paced customer service environment, and have some of the highest customer service standards out of anybody I know.

I am absolutely blown away with the conversation/consultation over the phone I received from Workturbochargers. The gentleman I was speaking to was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with me. Started by asking me a base set of questions: What turbo, how much boost, what engine, fuel it sees and how often I see race gas.

He then walked me through their process. 2-3 day turn around, and a 2 year warranty.Being that most of these turbos are designed to be used in a diesel environment, he walked me through a few things they do for gasoline customers. They offer a 360* thrust bearing option, as well as seals designed to better suit the temps seen in a gasoline environment, all included in the cost of the rebuild. They also perform a few mods to the oil inlet for the journal bearing that has proven to increase longevity in my type of application (low-medium boost w/ gas) Apparently 30psi is low

They also stock all OE Borg warner parts at all times.

At this point, I didn't even want to call theboostlab, as I was floored by the amount of information/insight I received from Work. However, I know a bunch of you guys spoke very highly of theboostlab, so I gave them a call just to compare. Waiting on a call back from them now.

Absoulte HUGE for www.workturbochargers.com
