Breaking up after refueling
You may have a coil going bad. I have seen coils that still fire, but are extremely weak causing the engine to run rough. The plug on the right looks pretty dark in the picture compared to others.
I agree, yes that plug on the end would draw my attention to that cylinder. With any luck the OP kept them in order. I would inspect the coil pack harness connector and swap in another coil for starters- where that plug came from.
1 2 3 4 plugs in that order i put new plugs in...still run the same way...im gonna try another set of ap1 coils and see wat happens my tuner wants me to wait til he get back next tuesday to check the tune...has
Any ever had a tune change with something physically being wrong with the car?

That article is completely correct from the fuel standpoint.
From the fuel system standpoint, doesn't really make sense. Automotive fuel systems are sealed systems. In order for the fuel in your fuel system to absorb water, it has to be exposed to the atmosphere. So if that is in fact the case, you have a much bigger problem.

Not sure if this mean anything but the vacuum lines are off the evap sensor /solenoid....i think thats only open point...any1 know if the stock injector can support the use of e85... Just to start the car no boost involved?
