Default The build - GT30 - EMS - Full Race

Well here it is finished and time to go to the dyno.

Ive been driving it with a SC base map for the past few days and staying under 5500 RPMS and let me tell you, it is way faster than when the SC was on.

During the install I decided to go from this

To this

Overall Im very happy, it starts to spool almost right away, I can hit 9 psi by 4000 rpms.

The turbo is a gt3076R with a .82 AR
Full Race Manifold
Tial 44 MM WG
Precision 600 Intercooler
Inline Pro piping
HKS SSQV Blow off valve
RC 750s
AEM EMS

Nice, I'm working on a Fullrace install with one of my friends (Reborn56) at the moment as well. Isn't your turbo water cooled? If so where do you plan on running those lines to on the motor? I would also add a flex pipe somewhere in your down pipe.

Flex pipe is essential to an exhaust system.

Overall, great looking build man, should be putting out somewhere in the mid-high 400s with a good tune, where I want to be 5 months or so. Oh, and would those tires happen to be Eagle F1 GS-D3's? Very nice choice, I still have yet to find a tire I love more than those.

If it was essential, the factory exhaust would have come with one.

My motor wont flex anyways.

Yes its water cooled, I am using the inlet and outlet of the throttle body lines and completely bypassing that.

Yes those are the tires you said.

I coated it, but even with 2000 degree high temp coating it still is freaking hot and actually melting my head stuff on the hood.

I am actually in the process of hear wrapping it with header wrap now

Why do you say your motor won't flex? Are you using a torque dampener? If so, what kind and let me know how it works for you. I've heard mixed things about them for F/I applications as some have said works great and others have said that it causes too much rattle and makes the bolts backout of things like the wastegate or manfiold...not good.

Also, that comment about if it was essential, it would have come from the factory with one is completely idiotic...seeing as how you have nowhere near a stock setup. That's almost as ridiculous as if I made the statement:

"oh yeah? Well if a Inline Pro's diff conversion kit was so needed for my 500whp drag car, it would have came from the factory with it on! I won't break my diff!"

If I may ask how much did it cost to piece together your kit?

5200

I have an NRG TORQUE DAMPER

I am using all v band clamps on the wastegate.

Seriously though, a flex pipe is not needed with my setup

Keep us updated on how your setup goes with that dampener on, I'm interested to see if your bolts start backing out as well or if everything stays tight.
