Default Calling all Ultimate Racing users

I searched for ultimate racing opinions and I came up short. I dont know if its me but I think the search sucks. I type in one thing and I get totally diffrent results.

Well back on topic I am looking into picking up a used kit. I found an ultimate racing kit for sale at a respectable price. My question is what does everybody think of this kit? I know I will get a bunch of die hard LovFab guys telling me to go lovFab. The reality is that I cant afford that kind of set up.

I eventially would like to add 1000cc injecters, AEM stand alone, 3mm head gasket and run around 14lbs. Will this kit be able to support the kind of power I am hopping to get. I would like to see over 400whp.

Also what do people think of the inlinepro kit.

Thanks for all of your help. Trust me I tried to search.

I have the UR kit and it's a good kit to start with and will be great for the power you are looking for. I was actually going to do this in the beginning. But I decided to go big boost and did some upgrading with the LoveFab parts instead.

All the parts I didn't use in my upgrades I have for sale if you would like to purchase them. It would save you about $2000 over buying new and you could get the intercooler/pipes and other small parts from UR to complete it. Here is the link to my for sale forum. https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...f=107&t=300043

Let me know if you're interested.

Yea i like the kit i bought....its the Version2 of UR's kit, really good, i just got my Cat-Eliminator in, so i gotta take it to get retuned....but so far ive gone 3K miles and no probs, except for one of the injector clips werent sauderd(sp?) good enough. And everytime i called up Darryl from UR, he was extreamly helpful. The kit wasnt that hard 2 install either, took me and a friend about 80+ Hours(I didnt have most of the tools). UR is a very good company.....I would recommend this kit to anyone!

I have the gen 2 kit and have enjoyed it. I had a few small probs with it at first, but finally got it all straightened out. i recommend getting the manifold studded asap(kept having the bolts back out of the manifold). I also installed my kit with a few friends and daryll was extrememly helpful and patient with me. im also considering upgrading to a few lovefab parts like spoolin did.
