Calling Greddy Owners

that peice is part # 72 also known as pressure sensor adapter. Now does anyone have an extra one of these lying around that i can buy?
otherwise leads me to my next question. I understand the stock map sensor is good to only 10 psi...now the adaptor is there to protect the sensor from surges of energy being rushed to it hence the adaptor which smoothes out the map.
Please correct me if im wrong but can't i purchase the greddy pressure sensor and harness which would be an alternative to the peice im looking for..Because its built to take more abuse and higher boost.
Honestly i can order the peice from greddy but it's going to take 6-8 weeks and that's alot of downtime which i can't afford to have.
Someone Help me
I thought I'd seen posts somewhere that people were running without moving the sensor?
Sorry, I'm using mine... You could go to a local machine shop and ask them to fab you one. It's a simple part, just a 6061 aluminum plate with a tube in it and bolt holes.

That piece acts as a "BOV" which recirculates. This piece is used for CARB certification. You do NOT need it, and it is a complete waste of space on a kit with a BOV.
Now anyone have a greddy turbo harness for an Ap2??

you could use a synapse missing link to do the same thing. they actually work VERY well. a lot of the bolt on supercharger guys use them instead of those solder in resistor boxes.
Well, I guess take my advice with a grain of salt. My tuner, which has the unanimous respect of all Greddy owners (Giles) told me its useless. I had it installed, and he is the one who removed it right before my tune. My car is running FLAWLESSLY, and when I say flawlessly, I mean it. Not so much as a fart.

Nope you are all wrong, this is important.
It has nothing to do with a Blow Off Valve.
I does not hide boost for the map sensor, the Emanage clamps the signal to ECM but it uses this to accurately trim the fuel and spark curves.
This piece is a Snubber or the old-timers might call it a restrictor. It is used the reduce the damaging pressure waves that can cause damage to the fragile diaphragm in the map sensor. It is also a mechanical way to average the signal smoothing it and allowing a more stable fuel and timing delivery.
