Cam timing experiences with boost

This thread is for those that have the TODA (or other) adjustable cam gears or offset Woodruff keys and experience with boost.
For those that have cam gears and boost, where have you settled with your cam timing changes?
How much advance or retard on the exhaust and intake cams?
How much boost are you running and which form i.e. turbo, roots supercharger, cent. supercharger?
Exhaust size?
Have you moved the torque curve up or down? How much torque and hp do you feel the cam gears have given you?
Any tuning tricks to share?
I'll be taking my first steps with cam timing changes and would like some idea which way to go initially prior to starting.

I added one degree to the intake and three to the exhaust. (+1,+3) This decreased the overlap by 2 cam degrees (four crank degrees) and was expected to increase torque.
The cam timing changes along with a Hytech header specifically made for supercharged applications developed an increase of 22 ft lbs of torque and 33 rwhp at 8800 rpm.
I'll have some further numbers at the next dyno session.
I can tell you that driving this thing is scary now. It has a whole lot more torque and that makes control of the car much more of an art.

Bumped the timing up to +2 on the intake and +5 on the exhaust decreasing the overlap 6 crank degrees.
On the dyno today it lost 6.8 ft lbs peak torque (307.6 to 300.8) and 2.7 peak rwhp (513.4 to 510.7) with the +2,+5 over the +1,+3.
+1 ft lb at 4000 rpm, no change at 5000 rpm, +3 ft lbs at 6000 rpm, - 5 ft lbs at 7000 rpm, -3 ft lbs at 8000 rpm, -6.8 ft lbs at 8450 rpm.
I am going on the assumption (and it may well be totally incorrect) the intake timing is a little too advanced.
Next step is to back the intake cam up a degree to +1, leaving the exhaust at +5. This will decrease the overlap 8 crank degrees.

I ended up at +1, +4 and it feels strong. 
I'll get it to the dyno in a couple weeks.
I am selling my offset Woodruff keys for adjusting the cam timing since I have the Toda gears.
Much cheaper.

Im intrested in long term results. I been affraid to use any cam gears due to watching what happened when my friends fell apart after the bolts backed out.
