Guys I need some help... What am I doing wrong??

Looks to me each cam gear is off a tooth. Left gear clockwise one tooth right ccw one tooth. Not parallel with line. I'm sure a pro will chime in soon.

Might want to put this in under the hood.

Good luck! I know this sucks been there.

 

I've tried that but it just moves them the same amount downward. I even marked the all three gears to be sure I only moved them one tooth.
