Default Cant connect my ID1000

Hello all!

I have my new SC kit mounted to the car but i cant install my ID1000.
The injectors are mounted to the fuel rail and then mounted to the engine but i cant connect them. Sure, I can cut the wires and then connect them to the ID adapters but I dont want to cut them...

What type of adapter do I need? To plug and play?

I have a US imported AP2 2006 S2000

It is recommended that you cut the wires and solder the injectors on directly. There has been issues with the plug and play wiring harnesses in the past but most people have been successful. I didn't really want to gamble on melting a piston so I had them soldered.

Science of Speed sells the plug and play harness if you didn't want to do any soldering and that's what many people use. But braeden is right; some people have had problems or check engine lights if not soldered. Both me and my buddy from school have the PnP with the same setup and we've been OK for the last 3 years and 35k miles or so.

I have heard of some people having some issues with the pnp adapters but i never did myself. Ran them for about 40k miles.

Hmm... I think I will cut the wire then
I drive on 1-2 track days / season here in sweden so dont want to risk melting a piston if one injector stops.

Thank you guys! Nice to have a good forum when I need help

I had problems with the pnp harness kit so I soldered them in parallel with the stock clips that way if I need to put the stock injectors back in it wont be a problem I did this due to state inspection as I run aem and we have to connect to obd2. this fixed my interment misfire i was having as part throttle its time consuming but its the best way.

I am with the soldering. I had a misfiring issue because one clip went bad.
