Default Cant get my fans to turn on

Hey i hope i dont cause a problem posting this is the FI section and the engine management section but it doesnt seem too many people go into that section. Also i was hoping to fix this by tomorrow. Plus my car is boosted soooo /> I put a bunch of things on my car recently including an aem 1052 and the modifry chip. Keep in mind I know pretty much nothing about tuning or aem's. I only need the car drivable so i can get it to the tuner. I loaded the startup map and changed the settings for my injectors and map. After finally getting the car bled, which iv done a million times but for some reason was way harder this time, i cant get the fans to turn on. At first i wasnt sure if maybe the modifry was messing something up as the unit was used but it seemed to work fine. The car went to 3 bars and i waited for the fans, nothing. Went to 4 bars and i shut it off. I did some research on here and saw only like one thread about the fans which included going into the options tab and going to configure. Then changing the on/off temps. The default ones were set to turn on and off both at 32 degrees. Either way the fans still wont come on. What else would i have to change to get them on? I know the aem is reading the temps right cause when i view the parameters for coolant temp they seem to rise the same as the temp gauge. I saw something on the previous tab in that configure screen that has a check box for "basic activation", does it have anything to do with that? Like i said i know nothing about this stuff. I dont know if you have to do anything like save it a certain way or reload the map after changing things to get them to activate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you just need to get it to the tuner then it should be fine to drive it under normal conditions without the fans. if it's 95 degrees in stop and go traffic then not so good, but as long as you are moving then air is flowing through the radiator.

The fan switch in at the bottom of the radiator so putting in the aem shouldn't affect anything. Unplug the connector and put a wire or paper clip in it to see if it comes on that way and go from there.

Modify changes how bars work Rofl. Not same scale kemosabe. Look on modifys site for new scale. I bet everything is fine. If your really worried connect to aem while car is running and observe engine temps. Did you change the aem water temp scale? That may throw you off too.

Modifry makes it so the stock gauge works with the aem but i think the temperature reading that the aem reads still goes through the modifry doesnt it? Either way I did watch the temps rise on my laptop as well. Watched it go right past 190 and not turn the fans on. I cant see how the fans wouldnt work. They worked fine before i installed everything.

Nm i checked the modifry install and i saw that it only intersects the wire for the gauge and only taps the wire for the sensor. So your right it shouldnt effect the fans. Either way they still dont work

Run it at idle till you see 200 on temps. If still no fans then could be a setting.

I did. I know its a setting. If the fans worked fine with the stock ecu and then i put an aem in and they dont then im missing something in the aem setup. Like i said i know nothing about tuning. All i did was load the start up calibration, change the injectors to the rc 750's, and change the map to the aem 3.5 bar. I didnt touch anything else.
