Default Catch Can Baffle Material

After googling the properties of aluminum, it seems like it will be a suitable material to make a baffle with. The catch can itself is also aluminum so I dont see how it could hurt.

Any reasons why this would be a bad idea?

Awesome, I found the perfect thing as well!

Ill have to post pics of it when its finished but I figured with afew aluminum dish scrubber pads and this special cage, it would make for the perfect baffle medium!
