hmm clicking isn't very descriptive, need a video

Could be the belt tensioner (which is known to make a ticking noise) but it could just be the injectors as they tick at idle.

I have the same issue, it is not the timing chain tentioner or the cam gears, the car has been in the shop for a week with no answers. Mine only occurs well into operating temps (160+ water temp for 10 minutes or more. does this sound similar to your problem. I hope i get an answer soon and maybe solve your problem too. good luck.

Are you running crank vents?

If so, it's just the suction causing the rubber off the tips of the sparkplug wires in the cylinder head to make a bobble noise.
