Clutch that can handle 400whp
I'm using the stock pressure plate and flywheel along with an inlinePRO 6 puck ceramic disk. Its been holding up fine with 380WHP and inline used the same setup that was good up to around 500WHP. The OEM disk is the weak link because the material isn't up to the job. Clutch pedal pressure is just like stock because it is! Just have to learn to modulate the gas and clutch to get it to start off smooth. I would compare the engagement close to the Clutchmasters Stage 4.

why would you want to use the oem disc with the hardtop guy setup instead of the act street disc that normally comes packaged with their clutch?
I did some research on this before, and from what I remember reading it was believed that the weak link was the pressure plate. Supposedly the OEM disk worked fine upwards of 350+ HP if I'm not mistaken.
I am personally using the Hardtopguy kit (OEM disk, ACT pressure plate, Comptech flywheel) and I have NO complaints whatsoever...it's held up just fine under boost, and it's not rough at all to drive on the street.
