Thumbs up Clutch or Diff?

It took me 1 minute and 1 hard shirt to realize the clutch wont take it. I have a Spoon flywheel,Spoon pressure plate and Spoon full face disc. During my NA period, all was fine and the clutch gripped well. You can still slip it while taking off, but it grips good enough to make the tires slip a bit between 1-2nd and 2-3rd.

Now after my car puts out 100whp more from the LoveFab, the clutch can not take it and slips a lot between 1-2nd and 2-3r shirts. The rpm falls after a shift as it should, shoots up by 500rpm (lie it shoot not) just to fall again (this is when it grips) and keeps on raising as it should. Means the clutch does not handle the power. On the other hand, it takes a LOT of stress from the diff and the tranny since it slips right?

I have a barely used heavy duty Spoon 3 puck clutch sitting at home (hidden at the guest restroom ). I drove it in my friends NA s2000 before and this is the type of ON/OFF clutch if you know what I mean. On the other hand, this will grip like hell between the shift, I will spin tires again and the car will accelerate much harder. Obviously the diff will take the beating, not talking about the trany.

What are my choices, what would you do? It is NOT my daily driver, but that does not mean I want to blow things up. I run Richmond's gears btw so the diff is kinda stronger than stock.

I do NOT drag race, I do not race on the street from a death stop...only from a roll like a gay

Please let me know what you think

The clutch man, the clutch-esp. if you been hiding one in the potty
Why pay for another diff. The bearing caps take the load too, not just the gears (Rick's ).
Also try to shift a bit smoother if you want it to last. I got 102K miles from my original stock clutch with a little less than half of that SCed. It never slipped once. Lots of events, as many 9K shifts as possible and hard driving too.

Ive run the Exedy Hyper Single, which is a VERY significant on/off style clutch. I have 13,000 miles with no significant driveline damage, other than a wheel-bearing which I believe was due to a previous owner's neglect.
Definatley upgrade the clutch and HOLD ON, because your car will now feel much faster

Upgrade the clutch and have fun with your new power mate. Otherwise what's the point of turbocharging the beast.
If the diff blow I'll hook you up with a good deal for something beefier
I think your box will be fine unless you drive really rough or drag race.

It is your driving style that will kill them. The parts don't do anything other than what they are built for. Any excessive wear on non-wear components is at the onus of the operator.

Sounds good:O)

I can get 240SX parts easily here in Dubai, can you shortly list out what need to be custom made and purchased from Australia and what can be sourced locally? Let me say, if I can get the whole Nissan diff over here from a junk yard, why ship from Australia right?

Thanks.

Its much more expensive to replace the diff AFTER you blow it, than before.
