Inline has a sale right now on all their competition clutches in the engine group buy section. get the 6 puc and call it a day if need be. 500 for the clutch package and 700 with the lightened flywheel.

im making 360ft/lb on racefuel with that same clutch no issues. How much torque are you putting to the wheels? Its rated at like 380-390 ft/lb.
the 380-390 max is flywheel rated tq. with bsaic 15% drivetrain loss you should be at 414, past that clutches rated tq.

it seems like the clutch is capable of withstanding your hp/tq... did you machine / replace the flywheel as well when u upgraded to the ACT clutch?

yes I did replace the flywheel with a spec flywheel. I noticed my clutch fluid was low and added somemore fluid to It but still no diffrence. I guess I am going to have to break her open and see whats going on.

Did you properly break in the clutch? Or did you start whailing at it with all 400hp right after the install.

A new clutch is like new brake pads, you need to bed it in with the flywheel to get optimal results.

My guess is, your clutch is glazed over

I put 500 miles on It first and then I put the turbo kit on about 4,000 miles later. I talked to the guys at Inlinepro and they said that they are hit or miss when using the act clutch.
