Code Reader - Scanner
My Dashhawk is a BEAUTIFUL OBD II device that does many cool things but it will not read codes on my 2007 S2000. It always says no codes were found. It will, however, clear the codes. My Scangauge reads the codes but will not clear them.
Does anyone know of an OBD II device that will both read and clear codes for the S2000? I would prefer a device that I can mount on my dash permanently but I am up for any specific model that would do both. My car is supercharged, I know I should probably post this elsewhere but I would think that the FI guys know the most about this topic.
Thanks in advance, ladies and gentlemen!

don't remember, but shouldn't they all work if they are OBDII compatible.

Desert,
for '06+ cars the device has to be CAN or some designation along those lines.
Billman had to reset a code I had and he explained to me why my OBDII reader did not work, but I forget exactly...

The DBW cars need a fast CAN (FCAN) enabled scanner. I hadn't tried my Scangauge II on a 06 and later car, but it works fine with earlier models.
Since you want a display OBDII gauge, I'd try MSD and Scangauge to see if they would be willing to look at your car and develop one that will work. Since you've got data stream on both of them, it's probably a software issue.
