You fixed the water / coolant problem yet?
Couldn't this problem be due to other issues aswel? For example the intake not being at the appropriate torque spec?

 

blown headgasket i put the dowls in the wrong side of the block when i installed the head. rookie mistake

picked up a forbidden usa fiberglass top the other day ill try to post pictures later. looks pretty sick i think. motor is still apart waiting on headgasket AGAIN. this snow has slowed down the process. got to get the head checked again as well to make sure its a level surface. i just hope it isn't the block.

nope block dosen't have o-rings or its not built for o-rings. do i need to set it up for o-rings?????

i don't think so either. no groves in the sleeves. i hope i get this headgasket issue resolved. i'm going to try to get the head to the machine shop today to make sure its level.
