Default Compression Recommendation

Hello crew! I have a questions that I hope can get answered by you all. My pistons took a crap and messed my motor up. I am in the process to get it honed. Maybe a .20 or .25 not sure what's best. In addition I need to get pistons so I wanted to know how much boost can I run if I get low compressions pistons that will run 9:1. Also how about 10:1. Which one should I even run, I was thinking 10:1 since I can't run that much higher boost with the log since I must mess with the timing due to heat, what do you guys think?

A little info about my basic set up. It's pretty much a hybrid greddy kit running a log t3 pfab mani. With a gt3076r turbo..

I tried searching however it seems my situation is a bit unique I guess since its not a popular one. Thanks guys in advance for your help and time.

Ok thanks but how much boost can I safely run in 9:1 or 10:1 safely on my set up, and which compression drop would be recommended?

Also depends on the type of gas you want to run. Race gas on a stock motor 11:1 compression you could runt 30+PSI if you wanted to.

It's also very limited how much you can bore/hone the cylinders! The S2000 service manuals says maximum 0.25mm/0.01 inch (which is more or less nothing...).

If you plan on useing mostly e85 or race gas go with 11.0:1 compression or higher. If you plan to use mostly 91/93 octane use 9.0:1 compression.

I just got mine rehoned and they went .25mm bigger. Were putting 87.25 / 9.5:1 Mahle pistons in. The car will be turbo. When you go aftermarket pistons though, you'll need to go aftermarket rods. I opted for the Crower rods. Block is solid now.
