The system is either not flowing water or there is no air going through the intercooler radiator (unlikely unless you've got something in front or behind it). Are your fans kicking in? Check for fluid level, then check for air lock and fluid movement. You can look into the filler hole while the ignition is on to see if the fluid is moving. If it's not moving, then you need to find out why.

Open the fill hole for the aftercooler and turn the ignition on. If its working, youll see the fluid moving. Also, whcich part of the aftercooler are you touching to test the tempature? Mines only some what cool in the center right where the radiator fins are. Do not expect it to be cold, warm to the touch is normal. Not being able to leave your hand on it for a couple minutes is not.

Only you can figure this one out. You have to trace where it's falling out.

no doubt.

the reason why i asked is coming from the angle of...
for those who have installed it, they'd have an idea of where there might be possible leaks if you don't install it correctly type deal.

i've received this feedback via PM, but wanted to give visibility to the general public

Welds look pretty good on my AC so I doubt it has a manufacturing defect. My bet is one of the hoses is not on tight enough or is completely off. Let us know where it's leaking.

Update

Honda took off the front bumper to check hoses, etc... looked good... poured antifreeze in... drum roll pls...

there's a small hole in the actual aftercooler unit. not drilled, just a small hole large enough to leak fluid.

i called shad at comptech and he's been quick to act. i'm disappointed by the news and i'm going to go and check for myself what this hole looks like after work...

but via warranty, shad was very quick to say ok we'll send you a replacement and then we can either bill the dealership if they're willing or bill you and reimburse you for labor/part costs.

But yea overall it does suck. shad says the water pump is a pricey, quality pump and is magnetic int eh way it works so the fact that i was running dry shouldn't impact anything... i hope my engine hasn't been hurt!

Of course, he's right. These pumps are like aquarium water pumps - magnetic drive. No water, no harm.
Consider that the aftercooler was an add on later and Comptech cars in the early days all went without A/C. I doubt any harm was done because of the hotter than usual intake temps. As far as I can tell, no modifications were done to the ESM when the aftercooler came along. Besides, many Comptech owners simply added the aftercooler and did nothing else.
