Default Comptech Aftercooler not working anymore

So after a long drive, I popped the hood and noticed that my aftercooler unit was just as hot as my blower. I found this weird because my aftercooler is usually cold to the touch. With my engine off, I turned the key to the on position and I didn't hear the coolant pump like I normally do. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm wondering if I should try to fix it or just go ahead and order a new coolant pump...

It's weird because my car feels 100% normal. It feels just as powerful as before. I topped out my 6th gear last night, and pulled on an Evo and an STi (turboback exhausts, wastegates, BOVs, stock turbos) simultaneously, and pulled on a newer GTO with license plate "G T GO."

Check the ground and electrical connection first.

thanks, i'll do this ASAP. it's possible that my body shop could have messed something up in the removal/reinstallation of my front bumper.

It happened to me before, the connections or the relay on the aftercooler pump was corroded. I unplugged the relay and tapped it a couple times and it works again.

wiring first! especially if your car was just at the body shop. yank the bumper and check it all out just to be sure. can't hurt right?
