with my SC set up im also going to be running a greddy ultimate emanage, and i have the fuel pressure regulator. i will be going for a tune and i was wondering would i need the comptech FPR bc the tuner could probably adjust the oem one no?

 

No, you don't need the regulator if you're using the emanage. You'll just need the larger injectors. Your stock FPR is fine to use.
