from the comptech side..the comptech in theory flows 94% cfm of the vortech (this is based on there web sites) neither of the sites actually say flow at a given rpm they only say the maximum flow. Granted i don't know how much of a difference that would make.

my comptech is at 365 hp with only bolt-ons no engine mods..

i would imagine a vortech would get at least that i would be intrested to hear though.
If there are any guys running the vortech with no internal mods dynoed on a chassis dyno ide it would be intresting to see the difference.
Running how many psi? You can't just state 365hp without any additional info!

I've heard it being referred to as a straight line. It certainly can stop your heart for a few beats.

ive read and seen dyno charts of stock F20Cs and drop a Vortech SC Kit on and they make 315ish at 7psi then got a new pullie and 9psi and make at least 330

so which Vortech model SC is the best?
i plan on getting an s2k within the next year or so, so i wanted to research as much as i can before hand.
i dont know much of the differences in trim and all that stuff. so if someone could PM me and explain that so i can understand a little better that would be much appreciated.

but i figured that since hondas dont have a large amount of torque *and dont really need a massive amount* the SC would be a great improvement as far as HP and TQ.
my random outburst lol.

Actaully if you are looking for torque, a turbo will make more torque eariler in the powerband. The centrifugal superchargers are directly related to engine rpm and do not make peak boost until redline.
The best comprimise would be a roots style blower (apparently to be released) that is a positive displacement where, although it runs off a belt, it can make almost instantaneous boost. The comprimise comes in the way of lower peak numbers reltive to turbo/centrifugal numbers.
