I spoke to Shad from ComptechUSA and informed me that they are aiming to release the carb legal kit in spring. He also mentioned that they made updates/revisions to the kit, but not much details provided.

i think the carb certification takes longer than usual to get approved, even greddy and jackson racing are having a hard time getting it approved even after they submitted their products to carb.
