Default To copper spray or not?

I have received my inlinepro 3mm HG and I am considering spraying it with a copper spray as I have been informed that this may help some various things.
I guess this is more of a poll then anything but would just like to know if anyone has experience with copper spray and if they have experience with copper spray on an inlinepro HG.

Yes, use copper on the intake gasket and head gasket.

There really isn't a need to run copper spray with our gaskets.

OEM setups don't require it, and we tried to keep it that way.

We have NOT used it on any of our in house jobs, and we intend to keep it that way for simplicity.

All day long on every headgasket I've replaced. Don't know if it helps but it sure has never hurt.

I think the biggest benefit is the prevention of "seeping" of coolant from the passages towards the outside of the block.

Is that the only benefit?

Come on, I know you older, more experienced guys know why you do it...or at least you had better know why.

Sidenote off topic: Ya, did you get my PM?

pretty much the only benefit.
copper spray fills in any regularities and imperfections that there may be on the surface.
