that still doesnt fix the craptastic housing.. you'll still bust the bearing caps.
That being said.. I will be doing something of this nature with my ford 8.8. The front mounts are too far forward to really keep the front of the diff from lifting up. I will probably weld in an extra tube to the subframe and have the diff mount straight to that instead of the stock bushings.

You could integrate that into the bracket.
I'll post s pic of what I mean.
Here is a thread from a guy who made his own diff cover brace, we could use that to mount the arm that goes to the frame.

That's what she said.
Not sure, I just decided to buy the hasport diff mounts, They are working great so far. I think there the cheapest solution to the wheelhop/diff rotation problem. Get the 70a or up the diff will not move.
I have been working on a design for a diff brace but it is not ready yet. Using a set of front diff collars or upgraded front diff mounts helps. Doing all 4 diff mounts in a daily driver makes for a unpleasant riding car.
Keeping things in balance is hard with a street car, you want the race car durabilty but, don't want the harsh ride and feel that comes with a track car setup.
