Default CT Engineering SC kit

I know that the SOS kit is supposed to have an improved tensioner over the CT kits. How are people doing with belt slip @ 9psi with their comptech / CT kits with the oil fed 1200 blower? Furthermore, how easy is it to get a 9-10psi CT compatible pulley, either from CT or elsewhere? I'm about to order the kit but need to figure this stuff out. Thanks!

Yea, get a Reichard racing pulley if you have problems.

from what i read, there are no aftermarket pulleys for the new comptech novi 1220 blower unless you modify the the mounting plate. you probably will not be slipping at 9-10psi if you adjust the belt correctly.

I was also under the impression that there are no direct fit higher boost pullies for CT.

CARB cert will go a long way, don't want the hassle of trying to get smogged

you know you will need injectors and standalone ecu to run 9-10psi right? which wont be smog legal anyways.

theres 2 carb stickers for the comptech kit, one is for the blower thats on the plate and theres also another one for the fuel lines thats a sticker you are suppose to put on your hood. its gonna depend on the tech that smogs your car. also its questionable if 10psi pollutes enough. i got my car smogged back a few months and they still use the sniffer although i kept reading everywhere that cali isnt doing the sniffer anymore?
