Yeah i looked at the capacity BOVE, you want about 8 cap fulls of water wetter.

IME water wetter does very little as far as bringing temps down.

Official response from Red Line...

Use one bottle for most passenger cars and light trucks, treats 3 to 5 gallons or 13.2 to 15.9 liters. Vehicles with larger cooling systems should use two bottles. Small cooling systems should use 1oz (3 to 4 capfuls) per quart.

So if CT states the capacity of the aftercooler system is about 1/2 gallon, which is two quarts, then 2 oz should be sufficient (aka 6-8 capfuls). This also equates to 1/6th of a bottle.

That being said, I don't foresee any negative aspects (besides wasted product) from using more than the recommended dosage in this case.
