NOT A PROBLEM, US A SPRING RATE IN YOUR WASTE GATE TO SET LOW BOOST, THEN WHEN YOU WANT HIGH BOOST, FLIP A SWITCH, THE SWITCH JUST GROUNDS A PIN GOING TO THE EMS, THIS IN TURN PULSES THE WASTE GATE WITH SOLINOID TO GET HIGHER BOOST. THIS IS ALL SETUP IN AEM - ANY TUNER THAT KNOWS AEM SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THIS.

if you are looking for only 400whp max then you dont really need the 3mm headgasket. I suggest going with AEM EMS. as for the other parts, I like the inline pro manifold the best, Pfab is nice also. turbo and all that other stuff is really up to you. If you have built turbo cars then you should already know what you like/dislike as far as turbo, wastegate, boost controller, intercooler and dont need our help picking that stuff out.
