Don't waste your money, unless you want to buy a different manifold after it cracks.

Don't turbo the car unless you have the money to dump in it to do it properly. $6K+ MINIMUM for a good kit, tune, and supporting mods.

Thanks. I was hoping for a review from someone with first hand experience. My car is already turboed with aem and ids and a Garrett 60-1 on a log. I I'm switching up to tubular and a precision 62. I also have drive train mods. I'm not one to cheap out on mods but I also have no problems pulling the trigger on cheap parts of reasonable quality especially if its function is not complicated mechanical or electronic which in my book a manifold falls into this category.

i know there was a guy on here with a good first hand review for the plm. The welds were reasonable and he saw an impressive amount of miles on them without any cracks. Made decent power too. Thing is the PLM is t3 and twin scroll and I'm looking for a t4 single scroll. The cx racing has those specs and for $800 comes with downpipe and dump tubes which with another kit such as the inline pro which I am also looking at is an added cost. The inline tubular with down and dump is much more than double, close to triple that price and I just can't justify the price as yet especially if there is someone out there with first hand try for the cx racing.

Doesn't look too bad right... why not give it a try.
If it cracks, weld it

How much power are you going for that requires an open T4 flange?

Lag on that would be insane, but the top end would be massive too I guess.

Going for about 600. My precision is ball bearing. I think lag is overrated with our heads.

What other parts are you running? Turbo/wastegate/BoV/Intercooler/Fuel/ECU?

Precision 62 ball bearing
tail 44mm
id 1200
i think I have a walbro 255 in there but I'd probably be upgrading to their new high pressure
aem series 2
inline pro intercooler with custom piping
custom 3inch from down pipe with retained duality. Running some manga flow
bc racing coils and some other suspension upgrades... can't recall exactly

watiing on inline pro diff conversion kit with driveshaft shop axels and a competition twin disk

Interesting, all your other parts are high quality/good.

If you want to be the first one to put a CXracing manifold through the ropes, good luck and have fun (sincerely). I'd honestly be surprised if it survived more than 1-2K miles.

That being said, as far as "ebay" brands go, CXracing does seem a bit better than a lot of their competitors. I know at least some of their parts are acceptable, I just really wouldn't trust their welding or materials on a component that gets as much abuse as a turbo manifold. Especially forward facing since it hangs all the weight of the turbo way off in the front.

Let us know how it works out!
