Its not a serious issue its just more of a nuisance. If you feel/hear a really loud vibration in the car and your running the innovative. Your bushing blew out and the main bolt is rubbing on the steel housing of the bushing.

Turbocharger + Innovative motor mounts = melted mount in a very short period of time. In my case/setup it was one tank of fuel

The bushing material is just garbage. The 60A is about as strong as peanut butter and the 75A is a bit better but will prolong the inevitable of the bushing melting.

You either need to manufacture some sort of heat shield (why?) for the innovative mounts. Or buy a better quality such as hard race or Full Blown engine mounts. I did not find the fitment of my Innovative mounts to be very good either and had to stress the bushing pretty good just to even get the bolts to line up.

I'm having the Innovative 75As put in mine too....Any idea if it matters what turbo set up your running, etc or was the heat an issue for specific to your build ? Which mount melted and what was the source of heat that melted it that I would have to shield ?

Thanks !

I was dumb enough to "just order the hasport"mount without paying attention to the different poly inserts so i ended up with the 60A's ..

i'm greddy turboéd and the mounts are noticably firmer than stock but i rather would have them stiffer so the 70A's would be the best choice.

My 60A's melted with the first day of tuning. I have a Full Race ramhorn manifold with gt3076-.82 A/R (bottom mount). My turbo was less than an inch above the mount.

I now have the 75A inserts (on the exhaust side only). Without a shield, these will melt with any bottom mounted turbo guaranteed. Innovative sells an s2k specific heat shield after we shared our experiences with them (they're local to me and a few others with melted inserts).

I haven't had any other problems with the 75A inserts about 6-7k miles and counting. Granted, I have a heat shield AND my turbo inconel wrapped by ATP.

Your attention should only be on the exhaust side. Fortunately, I didn't have any fitment issues. The tranny mounts are a nice upgrade too. No more shifter "wobble".
