Do my plugs look ok
I installed a nitrous system a few moths ago and have been through one 10lb bottle. Im not really sure what to look for in the plugs so could you guys let me know if they look alright.
Thanks

Thanks

Zex plugs are garbage. Get NGK 7173 plugs and gap them around .037ish to your liking.
Did you let the car idle at all before you pulled them?
It is imperative to do a nitrous pull, shut the car off right away without letting it idle, then pulling the plugs. If you let it idle, you can't read your plugs correctly.
But from eyeballing it, you don't have any major detonation or heat problems.

it looks like you may have gotten a little detonaiton on the first plug, get rid of those zex plugs, they are garbage.
use an 8 heat range ngk. I use bkr8eix, the stock number is 2668. you can get them pretty cheap at advance auto (around 7bux a piece)

I'm looking into denso ik24 and ngk 7173. The plugs that were in the car when i bout it were ngk brand and the coil packs did not fit them properly so to remove them i had to get a huge pair of tweezers and carefully pull each plug out.. I would like to avoid having to do that again.. Are the 7173s the proper diameter for the coil pack?
do not use denso iridium plugs, the insulator tends to break if you get any detonation.. the porcelain will tear up your valve seats.
If the coils didn't fit the plugs then they were the wrong plugs. s2000 comes stock with ngk plugs and thats all i use.
I dont use the 7173's so i cant comment on those, but the 2668 is perfect.
If you have the ability with the zex kit to add some fuel i'd say go up to the next fuel jet. I marked the area on the plug you would look for signs of proper fueling in the picture below. that area should be slightly black for nitrous applications. if its clean or brownish you need more fuel.
