How old are the cap, rotor, plugs and plug wires? What are the spark plugs gapped to?

Dude, this isn't your mother's civic. We have coil on plug ignition systems.

I believe the plugs are stock, which are heat range 6, but others have boosted to 10 psi with no problems on this plugs, at least with what i've seen, we are leaning towards the fuel pump, it may have a walbro knockoff, so we are going to exchange it to a known working Walbro to see if it is the problem

Hehe. I was just referring to the guy above me saying "Dude, this isn't your mother's civic. We have coil on plug ignition systems." But enough Off topic from me. Hopefully someone can help you with your problem.

I know S2000's have coil on plug ignitions....I do also know how to read entire posts...just throwing that out there

To the original poster, I didn't mean heat range of plugs but the age of your iginition components. Like, if your ignition wires, cap, rotor...are from 1995, it could be an issue but if they are new or fairly new then we can rule them out and move forward.

Apparently it was the distributor, it got swap from another one and the problem went away, so it was a faulty distributor, now the car boosts 9 psi without hick-ups, hopefully next week will go and tune it for about 18 psi, will see if it holds up,

thanks everyone for your input, it was really helpful
