Default Drag Radials just came

Alright i have finally got my drag radials and mounted them on my AP1 wheels for the track. I run AP2 V2 daily. They are BF Goodrich G-Force T/A Drag Radials 255/50-16. I am still running my stock diff so i dont even think about launching. I spin 1-3rd on the track w/ street tires. Does anyone have any advice or things i should know about the drag radials, what to expect? Also what is a good PSI to run in the tires? Obviously more traction, but should i gently put it into gear or just keep power shifting and hold on? Anything will help. I have never driven on drag radials before.

I run around 22 psi on the street with my 275/40/18 DR's and on the track, if I ever make it with them, probably around 18 psi.

i still have a stock diff. I am scared to heat them up at the water box in case i catch and brake something. You think they will do ok if i dont go through the heat cycle, especially b/c i am not launching.

DRs + stock diff = done. Unless you don't mind breaking it, I wouldn't heat them up if I were you.

thats what i am thinking. People are telling me that i will be safe if i am in the water but i dont feel to confident about it. I will just drive around the water box like i usually do. I plan of doing the diff kit soon, but in the mean time this is my daily.
