Default Drew's Greddy Turbo Thread

Hey guys, so its been several months since I've had the Greddy turbo installed and about 2500mi on the turbocharger. My car has the Greddy turbo kit, Greddy type RS BOV, and a cheap no-name dual exhaust thats 63mm at the mid-pipe and splits into two-50mm pipes (I plan to get a new exhaust). The car has the stock cat and currently no tune, still running on Greddy base map.

Stock on a Dynojet 9/24/05

194.26 HP @ 8100rpm
134.26 lbft @ 6200rpm

Greddy turbo On a dynapack 6/21/08

277.6 HP @ 8000rpm
194.3 lbft @ 3915rpm

Boost levels varied between 8.6psi-7.6psi
AFR varied between 11.3-11.99

Overall I'm satisfied. I had a slipping clutch so the results could've been better. Time for new spark plugs, exhaust, and gauges. As soon as I can scan the plots I'll post them up. Thanks for looking and I"ll keep this thread updated on any changes.

Awesome! Great numbers for not having been tuned.

Get an HFC, a nice quiet dual, a boost controller and a tune and you should be seeing 300whp on a dynojet. Dynapacks are great for juicing up your numbers too...

Here are my pulls compared to Andrew's pull. I have some problems I need to look into.

If you guys have any suggestions on what may be wrong with my car, please input them in the Greddy Questions Thread.

He's not worried about juiced up numbers since he wanted a baseline. The delta is more important than the number itself. He's saving up for other parts too so yeah he'll be good to go soon. He could have gone back to the other dyno shop but it was too far.

Jet why not swap exhausts like what Chris Lum said about the restriction. See if you car falls flat again.

Cool seems like a big improvement, get a new clutch and a better exahust if your not overboosting.
