Default Dumptube routing for the FR twinscroll

Alright to make it short I am fabbing up some dumptubes for the Fullrace twinscroll manifold. My only way of getting them done any other way is by taking it to VA beach which is like 3hrs away. I wanted to try it myself anyway. I have 4 90 degree pieces and flanges from full race. I'm planning on trying to make them short while still making it out of the bay so carbon doesn't get everywhere. I want to make them short because I have had dumptubes break off from being too long. My biggest concern is, If I take one 90 degree and turn it into the other tube will it affect the other wastegate once it starts to open up. Ultimately, can I make two gates merge into one dumptube or will it affect something? I will get pictures up as soon as I can.

just have them go straight down just below the antiroll bar. i think mine are even with the front subframe. it will be fine. i wouldnt merge them personally.

I agree with camuman. It would be akin to recirculating your going to be adding turbulence to both streams and added vibrations and stresses to both dumps. You will likely need flex piping as well. Sounds like a lot of work to me.

I am about to do mine as well, i saw boostedf22c routed his back with some pretty long dump tubes, I think straight down would be the best also, and the 2 pipes going into 1 would be bad ass, but prob pretty hard to do

Its alot of work either way! I took some pics but the problem is that nothing can get any where close to the crossbeam unless I shoot over top of the turbo and go down infrom of it. Then I run the risk of the dumptubes having too much length and breaking off.
Here are some pictures of what I'm trying to do.

It seems carey's way is about the best route for these manifolds. Guess I'll have to stick to the basics for now and go with how he ran his. I hate to cover the pretty manifold up though UGH

So that bad ass mani comes with no dumps! Do you have to fab up your own down pipe also? If so what a hassle.

you can have them merge to 1, but the pipe they would merge to would have to be bigger.so maybe merge them then weld a 2.5 pipe going down?
