Default E-manage

I did do a lot of searching and reading on these forums, all articles by Slows2k, MugenRio, Wesmaster, Aus, and others.

However, the info seems to be outdated.

Got the Emanage wired in correctly.
Got wire, and support tool installed & communicating.
Version 1.11 of support tool on Emanage works fine, shows my engine (F20C), and Also VTEC in/ VTEC out.

But it's very unstable, and freezes at random, sometimes when updating the Main Unit.

So I tried later versions, inc. 1.49, they don't show my engine in main parameters, and no option for VTEC in/ VTEC out.

Question:
What version software you're using successfully?

ONe more thing. I'm reving it up to 2500 RPM, and if I hold it there, it bounces off of a fuel cut at 2200, RPM drops down to 1700, Wideband (Innovate LC-1) shows 22.5 (means there's no fuel, way lean). Then RPM go up again, bounce back, etc.

Question: What could be causing this?

My setup:
2mm Cometic HG
Greddy emanage w/ PnP harness (checked and rechecked, it's fine).
TIAL 38mm W/G w/ 7lbs spring
BOV
RC 550cc with clips
InlinePro log manifold
InlinePro intercooler.
Glowshift digital boost/oil press
Innovate LC-1 Wideband O2.
3" Catless custom pipe, dual Megan racing silencers.
Greddy Pressure Sensor

Please help, I know there are alot of successfully turbocharged S2000s out there with Emanage setups.

Go to and get 2.20

http://www.mohdparts.com/emanage/#E-manage...ptional%20Parts

Then I have a Greddy turbo with the same injectors and I can send you the map which has been good up to 10psi so you can check everything out.

Feel free to give me a ring if you haveany questions

Actually, I'm not running an Ultimate, just an old Emanage Blue.

Thank you very much for a response.

Figured it out today. Boost clamp didn't work at 2.6v, 2.85v, nor at 2.9v. So I installed Missing Link on MAP, problem solved, no more fuel cut at 2200RPM.

As far as laptop goes, I borrowed my sis's HP laptop with Vista, found some drivers for the Emanage cable (serial to USB), and did some reprogramming using V1.11/1.25 support/firmware.

My bro's Gateway laptop with XP didn't want to work, it kept crashing the program, and the USB port wouldn't work until I restarted it. That sucked. But now with Vista on HP, all's fine, I'm gonna put some numbers in in Additional Injection map.

I have Wideband, any idea on what numbers to put in? Can anyone shoot a photo of injection map? Perhaps e-mail it? Thank you!!!

Missing link? Are you running a second map sensor? You shouldn't be getting boost at idle unless your timing is super retarded. You should have had a good map cut at 2.85. You should recheck you wiring.

I'm running the stock MAP through the Missing Link, and the Emanage is running off of the Greddy Pressure Sensor (3bar).

As I hold 2500 RPM, and plug the tiny opening on the Missing link, I render it useless (temporary), and the engine cuts fuel over 2200 rpm. That's how I know it's working.
Thanks.
