Default E-manage Ultimate Software Issue

I currently have version 2.20 firmware and software from Greddy's website installed. Everything seems to be working correctly. The only issue I have is that I cannot maximize my map windows. When I try to stretch the window to fill the screen the window extends, but the table does not change size. There is no vertical scroll bar.

See link for screen shot.

This makes changing the bottom 1/3 of the map impossible in E-manage. I am forced to copy the map from E-manage into Excel, make my changes then copy from Excel, and paste back into E-manage. This is a HUGE pain in the ass to do and adds a few seemingly unnecessary steps when trying to make quick changes.

Has anyone ever encountered this? I tried giving Greddy tech support a call but waited on hold for 25 minutes then hung up. Every time I send Greddy an email it gets bounced back to me because there inbox is full.

I am running on an XP machine. Is anyone else running version 2.20 on XP?

Ok so I have uninstalled 2.20 and installed 2.00, 1.04, & 1.01 all with the same results. I'm not sure if this matters but the map files I was viewing were from 2.20.

Maybe I will try on another PC.

Mine simply wouldnt connect using XP and did the same thing when I viewed my maps that I had saved...
I had to use my old laptop with windows 2000 and my tuner had to use it also to tune the car. He tried using his XP laptop which didnt connect also.. He called Greddy and was on the phone for over an hour and they simply had no clue. I wish you the best. Try to find something to run it other than XP.

You have only began to see why people hate the Emanage. The unit works great and is packed with features but try and get any support.

I can see the entire map but mine won't copy and paste into the map just out of the map. I make all the changes by hand.
What operating system are you using on your computer? What version of emanage are you running?

Emu only has 16 rows in the fuel table. the software is pretty buggy. Ive had all sorts of strange problems with it. I would try another installing on another computer.
