Default easy to answer S/C question for noob

hey guys, I think I want to throw a supercharger on the car for a while and then upgrade to turbo in a bit...

I don't want to have to...

buy an EMS
install a fuel pump
change a clutch
do a bunch of tuning

which kit is plug and play and good for 300whp??

thanks,

matt

I dont think theres such a thing, especially the ems and tuning part. Somebody correct me if i am wrong.
I believe the greddy turbo kit will be the closest thing to what youre seeking tho. And it should come with greddy emanage. But that kit will leave you very little room to upgrade anything down the road.

I agree with the said above. Supercharging or turbo boosting will both require some kind of ems and tune. And depnding how much power you are shooting for, you will definitely need an aftermarket clutch.

There are kits though like mentioned above that come with pretty much everything you will need.

I personally have the hks sc and it comes with everything with the exception of maybe the smaller sized battery which you will need. You also will just need either aem (00-05) or hondata (06+) and there are downloadable maps that will help get the car going.

Hope this helps.

The basic comptech kit or stage 1 SOS sc kit. You will probably still need to upgrade your clutch as the stocker can only hold around 270-325-ish whp

It's a lot easier to do the clutch when you're NA and don't have a SC. For most SC kits you'd need to remove the blower in order to lower the subframe to do the clutch
