because they are cheaply made... Do not use one of these turbos if you value your motor!

Worst case senario is that one of the compressor fins breaks off and goes into one of your cylinders, completing destroying it.

Cheap ass turbo - 1
4,000 dollar engine - 0

If your going to be cheap, don't do it at all

They are one big headache ! Nothing fits right , the parts are low quality. If the turbo comes apart then it could contaminate and damage youre engine . The wastegates are crap as they dont control boost pressure very well . Trust me ive seen several of these ss auto crap parts fail in front of my very eyes on the dyno . Do youre self a favor and save for the real stuff ! Otherwise you WILL be sorry !

you get what you pay for...go with what you know, it's not worth the money you would spend.

Most ebay turbos run you 300-500$.. You can buy a garrett T60 for about 700$ from pfab..or even a Turbonetics t3/t4 for about 750-800$..well you get the picture. Anyways, they are both great quality and it has something we all like... Warranty..

Good luck

Think about it.... A person buying good quality name brand parts can piece together a turbo kit by themselves for a minimum of about $3k-3.5k depending on the programmable ecu they get.. or a little less if they go with a vafc. So any kit thats $1700 is one of two things..

Cheap, or incomplete.

In my opinion.
