I am a Houston '04 S2k owner. Very interested in the Elda turbo kit. Are you having the install done in metro Houston?
No. I am having it done out of town. It is first production install my one of the kit's manufactures. The goal with this install is to get the parts list done for the production kit and verify that everthing will fit in another car other then Wael's. So far there have been a few minor snags. The inter cooler needed to be changed to fit the radiator that I have (C&R Racing) but everthing is still on track. I am schedule to pick it up late next week.

MODS: please delete the "LoveFab kit" referances from this thread as they are off topic. Thanks
Very true.

Jakub, while I don't mind looking at more Lovefab pics, they really don't belong here. I'm removing them, feel free to repost on the other Lovefab threads. Thanks

They still have the car and I have not talked to them. I have out of town/state and there is not anything I can do even if it was done. But I should be talking about them thrusday to see if I can pick it up this weekend.

This seems like a reoccurring event with this kit...it's here, it's not, it's here, it's not....it'd be cool if it's finally a reality, it'd help those Cali kids out if it's CARB legal like we've been hearing.

The word is that it is still being installed. As part of this install, they are making a few design changes and making the tooling needed to manufacture the parts. I knew this going in, and my car sent them a few curves. It is all part of the process. They have my car, so we are in the front of the que.

this will be a reality very soon. I should have my car back in the next few weeks (my schedule, not theirs). Even if it was ready today, I could not pick it up for the next few weeks.
