Default Emanage Issues (I Think)

I turbo'd my car and it running perfect the only thing is IDK if it is just me or if it is really the car, but whenever the car has the Check Engine Light on the car feels more sluggish and this is especially right before Vtec...I had the boost clamp voltage set to 5V and the check engine would go off and then come on occasionally...Then set it down to 3V and that made the check engine stay on the whole time, then I did 4V and that seemed perfect no check engine for about two days with aggressive and normal driving...IDK if this is the main problem or if there is anything else...But my tuner is a bit stumped too and he tuned my car and got IMO good numbers, but this is his first Turbo S2000 because there are not a lot around and he doesn't know why the code could be going off...First of all my tuner thinks it could be my ECU or my MAP Sensor, but I don't get why those could be in this as a problem as there are many S2000 that are turbo without that issue...Also, some people say try the valve for the MAP Sensor to send to the ecu a code that there is no boost, but then he said he think the emanage might act funny...IDK WHAT TO DO...Anyone think that a O2 Sensor Fouler or the one that says the airflow is normal forgot the name...ANY OTHER IDEAS...I am sorry LONG POST AND NEED TO VENT me and my tuner are stressed...
