I figure most EMS's owners are FI, so i am posting this in FI instead of UTH.

I have my 1012 running through a 5' extension harness, but i can't seem to find a way to mount it behind the read seat. I have an amp under the driver seat already. Right now i just have it resting behind the rear seat coushioned with a thick towel.

where is your AEM EMS 1012 mounted to? And pics would help.

I ran my cable over the steering, behind the stereo and under the passengers seat.

 

Mine is in the accessory bag that mounts behind the seat. Cable runs under the carpet beneath the drivers seat and into a hole I cut in the bottom of the accessory bag.

 

I did some trimming and was able to fit it in stock location

 

Mine is where the stock ECU once was.

If you purchase the extentsion there is a hole already cut under the drivers seat you can slide the harness through there and place your EMS under your seat.

 

my modifry module seems to be very glitchy with the extension harness... anyone having this problem? my gauge spikes to max and back down to min, etc... bob (modifry) said i might see this issue with the harness...

 

I made it fit where the stock one was, tight but it fits
